- Click on Submit a ticket
- Enter your email address,
- Support question / request
- Subject
- Details of the issue. It is recommended to outline the exact steps to replicate the issue and any relevant screenshots via attachment button.
- Then click Submit to lodge your request wit LawMaster Support.
- Click on Submit a ticket
Note: The clearer the information provided, the quicker we can assist you.
It not compulsory that you need to login to LawMaster Support to lodge a request but if you want to create an account on our support portal to track down any existing or past tickets or the current status of a ticket lodged under your name then you can go to https://support.lawmaster.com.au/support/home and click on "Sign up with us" and create an account.
