New Client Enquiries

The New Client Enquiry Module is designed for firms specialising in work associated with high volume public enquiries e.g. Personal Injury.  Typically, a firm would walk through the following process in evaluating their new clients:

  • Ascertain if the enquirer may be assisted by the firm;
  • Refer the enquirer to another firm if the enquiry does not form part of the firm’s core business;
  • Sell the benefits of the firm to the enquirer;
  • Book an appointment with the relevant lawyer;
  • Collect and action outcome information from the appointment;
  • Open the matter within LawMaster.
