Resetting the Payroll Password

Problem

Reset the Payroll password for users.

Solution

You must have the administrative rights to be able to reset the payroll password and be able to access the Payroll module.

You can change the password to access the Payroll and Personnel module via Main Menu > Payroll and Personnel > Administration > Amend Password.

If no users are able to access payroll the payroll password will need to be re-set, the user can contact the LawMaster Service Desk for an override password. Once access has been re-gained, the payroll password should be changed immediately.
