Problem
When opening a folio by right clicking and selecting 'Edit Attachment', a pop-up window appears with the message "Do you wish to change the date of writing from dd/mm/yyyy to dd/mm/yyyy?' (with the former being the date the file was created and the latter date being the date the file is being opened i.e. today). Is this prompt able to be removed?
Solution
There is no way to prevent this pop-up from appearing as it is not a Parameter that can be modified.
If you are only wanting to read a document and not change the date of writing, you should choose the 'Open Read Only' option instead of the 'Edit Attachment' option. Using the Read Only option does not trigger the pop-up window.
