Cheque requisitions are used when the people entering cheque details do not have access to the cheque book or printer.
Accessing Requisitions in LawMaster
If your user login has the required security permissions, you can input and review the Requisitions for trust and general payments.
In LawMaster, requisitions can be accessed from the:
- Lawyer’s toolbar
OR - Matter toolbar.
Requisition Screen
The default Requisition enquiry screen displays all the unpaid requisitions for the logged in user.
The following search options are available for enquiring on requisitions:-
- Requisitioner – by requisitioner and status i.e. Paid, Unpaid or All
- Payee ID – by payee id and status
- Matter No – by matter number and status
- Status – by payment status
| ℹ️ Where the Requisitions icon on the Matter toolbar is selected, all the unpaid Requisitions for the selected Matter are returned |
