Upload disbursements - I don't have the option

Problem

What to do if you do not have an option to Upload Disbursements from the Main Menu > Client & Matter > Matter Costing > Interface to Data Capture Devices?

Solution

  1. Go to Security > Maintain User Security
  2. Select the relevant Default Security setting that is to have access to Upload Disbursements.
  3. Select the Programs Tab at the bottom of the screen
  4. Select Menu > Main Menu
  5. Check Interface to Data Capture Devices > Upload Disbursement Transactions
  6. Select Apply or OK.

The user will need to log out of LawMaster and back in again to see these changes or alternatively wait until they next log in.
