Outlook Email Sending Issue

Problem

Some users find that when they generate an email out of LawMaster, it doesn’t open in outlook, it opens in a LawMaster email view or gives an error.

Solution

In Outlook, go to the account settings under File > Account Settings.

You will see:

Double-click on the email address and you will see the tick for the cached mode.

For some organisations, this needs to be unticked in order for them to receive emails.

If this is the case for the organisation, then to compensate, you need to select Compensate for online/non-cached mode on the LawMaster ribbon in Outlook.
