Problem
When you try to Reply or Forward an email that has been saved in LawMaster under Folios. This message appears and then the program shut's down:
Solution
- In Outlook Go to File -> Account Settings -> Accounts Settings... -> Email tab -> Double click on the email address of the user : Offline Settings -Option 'Use Cached Exchange Mode" needs to be selected as "Checked"
- Outlook -> Ribbon -> LawMaster -> 'Compensate for online/non - Cached mode' should be "Unchecked"
Once the above settings are applied:
- Close outlook
- Close LawMaster
- Reopen Outlook and LawMaster
