Email folio error - Error Message - Property - LawMasterSMS missing

Problem

When you try to Reply or Forward an email that has been saved in LawMaster under Folios. This message appears and then the program shut's down:

Solution

  1. In Outlook Go to File -> Account Settings -> Accounts Settings... -> Email tab -> Double click on the email address of the user : Offline Settings -Option 'Use Cached Exchange Mode" needs to be selected as "Checked"
  2. Outlook -> Ribbon -> LawMaster -> 'Compensate for online/non - Cached mode' should be "Unchecked"

Once the above settings are applied:

  1. Close outlook
  2. Close LawMaster
  3. Reopen Outlook and LawMaster
