Problem
When logging into LawMaster the error "Root Element is missing" appears and LawMaster doesn't open
Solution
- Close Outlook
- Go to C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\LawMaster\PracticeManagement\ Where is the Windows username of the person logged on to the computer with the issue
- Delete the OutlookAddInLocations.xml file
This will force LawMaster to recreate it - Reopen LawMaster and Outlook
