Problem
Unable to see Client Service Centre in Toolbar
Solution
- Go to Security > Maintain User Security
- Select the relevant Default Security setting that is to have access to the Client Service Centre, e.g. DEF8
- Select the Programs Tab at the bottom of the screen
- Select Menu > Toolbar
- Check Client Service Centre > Select Apply or OK
The user will need to log out of LawMaster and back in again to see these changes or alternatively wait until they next log in.
