Unable to see Client Service Centre in Toolbar

Solution

  1. Go to Security > Maintain User Security
  2. Select the relevant Default Security setting that is to have access to the Client Service Centre, e.g. DEF8
  3. Select the Programs Tab at the bottom of the screen
  4. Select Menu > Toolbar
  5. Check Client Service Centre > Select Apply or OK

The user will need to log out of LawMaster and back in again to see these changes or alternatively wait until they next log in.
