Explanation
Number of Total Hours of Work Done for MTD.
Calculation
Number of hours of unbilled (WIP) + billed hours done month to date.
NOTE: These figures are displayed in hours, not units.
Example
If a user has worked 100 hours from the first day of the period until the last end of day processing was run and of that 100 hours:
10 hours was non chargeable non-productive work
20 hours was non chargeable productive work
70 hours was chargeable productive work
30 hours was chargeable and has been billed
40 hours was chargeable and has not yet been billed (WIP)
MTD Total hours = 10 hours was non chargeable non-productive work + 20 hours was non chargeable productive work + 70 hours was chargeable productive work = 100
