Problem
Resource Performance Reports are showing the incorrect target figures.
Solution
When resource budgets are changed for any periods other than the current period you need to run the module called 'Build Resource Performance Report Data' to update the resource performance data for any of the prior periods for which the budgets were changed.
Go To: Main Menu > System Maintenance > End of Day Processes - Step by Step > Build Resource Performance Report Data > Run once for each required prior period.
Select Recompute = Yes, Leave Days in Period set to 0
