Problem
When trying to merge a document template, you receive the message: You are not authorised to merge this template.
Solution
You might see this message if you are using a third-party document creation tool which has user licensing requirements. This message indicates that the user does not have a license to use that particular document or document set.
Licencing for the third-party document creation tool must be enabled in the main LawMaster licensing details parameter for the relevant number of users for each document set, and each user must be assigned a license via Security > Maintain User Security.
- If you are a user that requires access to certain documents, contact your internal LawMaster administrator at first instance so that they may assign a license to you.
