Problem
Microsoft Outlook Antivirus Warning is popping up.
Message: A program is trying to access e-mail address information stored in Outlook. If this is unexpected, click Deny and verify your antivirus software is up-to-date.
This issue is caused by Outlook when it believes the Anti-virus on the machine is out of date it is running on and a third party application like LawMaster tries to access Outlook.
Solution
- Update your Anti-virus so Outlook no longer prompts this message
- Bypass the Outlook warning (not recommended)
- Right Click Outlook icon (from your start tray) and run as Administrator (Subject to your security rights)
- Go to File > Options > Trust Center Settings...
- Select Programmatic Access
- Check “Never warn me about suspicious activity (not recommended)”
- Click OK
