Passwords can be changed or reset as per the user access rights set for the logged in user. Your password can be changed by you or by your System Administrator
Step-by-step guide
Resetting the LawMaster password for yourself:
- On the LawMaster menu, click File > Change Password
- Enter your old password and new password and repeat to confirm the new password.
- Click OK to save the updated password.
Password resetting by your System Administrator:
If users have forgotten or lost their password, they have to request a user that has the following security rights: DEF1, PROADM, to issue a new password (Reset Password) or contact LawMaster Support.
