InfoTrack Search Disabled

Problem


Unable to perform InfoTrack searches via the Searches tab. A common issue is that the 'SPR' parameter has been inadvertently altered. The solution below provides steps to reinstate searching in this case. 


Solution

  1. Go to Toolbar > Parameters Set Parameters 
  2. Search Parameter Type: SPR 
  3. Double click on the InfoTrack Parameter 
  4. Check the Active: indicator checkbox 
  5. Remove the "#" from the Drop Folder Location: and the Processed Files Folder: 
  6. Click OK
