An actual disbursement is a disbursement that has been paid. An anticipated disbursement is an impending disbursement that hasn't yet been paid. You can enter the Anticipated Disbursements into LawMaster via Anticipated disbursements screen accessible via Main Menu > Accounting > Accounts Payable > Enquiry > Anticipated Disbursement.
