Password reset after user locked out

If a user locks themselves out after too many incorrect password attempts how is the password reset? This needs to be done by the System Administrator or someone that has access to user security. 


Step-by-step guide

  1. Go to Security > Maintain User Security 
  2. Select the user 
  3. Click Change Password 
  4. Enter the new password and click OK 
  5. Click Restore Suspended user

 

NOTE: Restore Suspended User will be a blue link to click only if the user is currently suspended due to too many incorrect login attempts.
