Actual Cost on matters appears too low

Problem

When looking at matters on the Enquiries > Matter Search screen the Actual Fees column figures appear too low

Solution

Actual Cost of Work = Units x Resource Actual Rate

So for this column to provide the correct information each resource recording time must have an Actual cost rate set before entering the time.

1. Go to Menubar > Security > Maintain User Security
2. Select the user in question
3. Click Modify User
4. Enter an Actual Rate (per unit)

NOTE: This is usually made up of wage, rent, utilities, support staff costs etc
