- If a user has enabled the 'New Outlook For Windows' they will need to disable it to see the LawMaster Outlook Add-in:The New Outlook for Windows is not compatible with LawMaster's current Outlook Add-in. As part of the Ireland release we will be introducing a new Outlook Add-in based on Outlook's Web Add-in. Whilst Microsoft adds more functionality to the Web Add-in we are planning to make both LawMaster Outlook Add-ins available for use.
My recommendation would be for users to remain with the Classic Outlook to ensure they retain all of the functionality available with the LawMaster Outlook Add-in.
Further details will be provided regarding the new add-in as we get closer to the release date.
In the meantime, have you seen our previous advice as per the following?- New Outlook for Windows - Microsoft has added a Try the new Outlook toggle to the top right corner of Outlook which, when enabled, stops the LawMaster Outlook Add-in from working.
- The New Outlook for Windows does not support COM Add-ins therefore the LawMaster Outlook Add-in will not be available if the Try the new Outlook toggle is selected or New Outlook for Windows installed. The LawMaster Outlook Add-in will continue to work with the classic Outlook. System Administrators can disable the Try the new Outlook toggle for users with a Windows registry key, further details can be found here.
