Problem
LawMaster displays the following error while saving the folio to “Sent” Folder in Outlook:
"Error occurred while processing addition to sent items folder. The function cannot be performed because the message has been changed."
Solution
This appears to be an Outlook installation issue. This issue usually occurs if the Licence Key and the Office install didn't come from the same place; or if multiple versions of Office have been installed on the same machine at any time in the past. Refer to the following link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/help/2659085/error-0x8004010f-when-you-try-to-send-or-receive-email-in-outlook-2010 Microsoft suggests this is caused by the corrupted Outlook profile. You can try to create a new profile to resolve the issue.
This is a known issue with the LawMaster Outlook Add-In if it has multiple versions or keys coming from the different place or the user has Outlook running on more than one machine simultaneously. Emails are processed for folio-saving by adding extra properties to the mail item, to be read by the add-in when it detects the addition of an item to the "sent items" folder. The error message noted will appear if a mail item is added to the "sent items" folder with a PracticeManagement database association that cannot be processed.
