Problem
When attempting to launch LawMaster, you are prompted with the below error message:
Solution
- On the users PC go the the following location
- C:\Users\<<Users Windows Username>>\AppData\Roaming\LawMaster\PracticeManagement"
- Rename the "ViewConfig.json" file to "oldViewConfig.json.old" so LawMaster no longer recognises this file
- Re-launch LawMaster.
Renaming this file forces LawMaster to recreate it on launch, resolving the issue.
