Problem

If LawMaster Outlook Add-in is asking for the username and password. Follow the steps below to rectify the issue: 

Solution 

1. Close LawMaster and Outlook 
2. Navigate to and rename the folder C:\Users\*USERID*\AppData\Local\Microsoft_Corporation to Microsoft_Corporation.OLD
