MTD Charge Hours

Explanation


The MTD Charge Hours is the number of chargeable hours (productive) for work done for Month to Date.




Calculation


Number of unbilled (WIP) + billed hours done month to date.



Note: This figures is displayed in hours, not units.



Example


If a user has worked 100 hours from the first day of the period until the last end of day processing was run and of that 100 hours:

10 hours was non chargeable non-productive work


20 hours was non chargeable productive work


70 hours was chargeable productive work


30 hours was chargeable and has been billed


40 hours was chargeable and has not yet been billed (WIP)


MTD chargeable hours = 70
