Problem
When viewing New Client Enquires from the Main Menu > New Client Enquiries > Query New Client Enquiries any NCE status that is equal to or greater than 3 causes the enquiry to no longer be visible on the open enquiries list.
Solution
The solution will be to change the enquiry status to 1 indicating a new enquiry.
If you need a different status that will then be interpreted as still open, add a status in the NC parameters using a status code that is a symbol - such as ! or ?. Provided the chosen character sorts in the parameter grid to a value less than 3, it will appear as an open enquiry. (Menubar > Parameters > Set Parameters > New Client Enquiry > New Client Enquiry Status)
