Problem
Usually after an upgrade when you host your own LawMaster database an Authorisation has been denied error message occurs
Solution
The error usually appears when the Config Key is not applied/doesn't match the Appservice and the DMS service. To rectify the error:
- Open LMAdmin
- Select the the database in question's App Service eg) if the error is occurring in your LawMaster Training database then select the Training App Service
- Configuration Application Service- > Configure Authentication Key
- Copy the Key
- Run in IE as elevated user mode http://localhost/lawmasterwebadmin
- Click on the key icon next to database in question's DMS and apply the copied key eg) if the error is occurring in your LawMaster Training database then select the Training DMS
- IIS -> Restart the relevant service eg) if the error is occurring in your LawMaster Training database then select the LawMasterDMS.Training.MAIN Service
