Microsoft Office Error when Merging

Problem 

Microsoft Office has identified a potential security concern. This document contains fields that can share data with external files and websites. It is important that this file is from a trustworthy source. Choosing Yes will enable updating all* *fields in this file, until you close it. 

Solution 

If you are experiencing the above error message, please make the following changes to your computer: Open Word > Go to File > Options > Trust Center > Trust Center Settings... > Trusted Locations > Add new location... > Browse... > Navigate to C: \Users\*Windows Username*\AppData\Roaming\LawMaster\PracticeManagement\*Production Database Folder*\*LawMaster Username* \temp\doctemplates > OK > Check Subfolders of this location are also trusted > OK > OK > OK

Note: The prefix for the Production Database Folder must be either of the below:
HST-APP22-A. 

HST-APP22-B.

This has changed from the "APPHOST" named server prefiixes in November 2024
