The New Client Enquiry Module is designed for firms specialising in work associated with high volume public enquiries e.g. Personal Injury. Typically, a firm would walk through the following process in evaluating their new clients:
- Ascertain if the enquirer may be assisted by the firm;
- Refer the enquirer to another firm if the enquiry does not form part of the firm’s core business;
- Sell the benefits of the firm to the enquirer;
- Book an appointment with the relevant lawyer;
- Collect and action outcome information from the appointment;
- Open the matter within LawMaster.
