I want to set a reminder for the future to follow up with the client that it is time to do something, for example, renew their Will.

Step-by-step guide
- Using your Entity Search, find the entity you want the reminder set for.
- Select the entity so that it is highlighted and click the Bring Ups Tab towards the bottom of the screen.
- Right click in the white space in the lower half of the screen and select Add.
- Add the bring up and assign it to the person who should receive the reminder. (Note that bring ups can be transferred between users at any time.) Complete the details and click Ok. Note - You can type the date directly into the ‘Complete By’ field.
