Reply and Forward options are greyed out in LawMaster folios - unable to reply to saved emails

Problem

Emails saved as folios in LawMaster have the Reply, Reply All, Forward and Forward as Attachment options greyed out, however you can reply or forward emails when you open them into Outlook first.

Solution

This will occur when you do not have anything entered in the To/From field in the Folio record. This usually would only happen if it has been intentionally removed as LawMaster will automatically fill their field when emails are saved. 

To correct the issue: 

1. On the folio in question, use the context menu to find and select the Modify option. 
2. Enter the relevant detail in the To/From field. 
3. Click ok to save the changes. 

You should then be able to use the previously unavailable functions.
