Error - Your Login has been disabled - Unable to save folios - Unable to Add Entity

Problem 


When trying to save folios or add an entity etc an error like this occurs: 



Unable to save folios / Unable to Add Entity 

Your login has been disabled, please see your System Administrator


Solution


This usually occurs when: 

  • A person has two instances of LawMaster opened at the same time; 
    • (Getting the user to reboot their PC and make sure they only open LawMaster once will resolve the issue)
      AND/OR 
    • The user didn't close and reopen LawMaster over night; (Getting the user to reboot their PC and make sure they only open LawMaster once will resolve the issue)
      AND/OR 
    • An end of day was run and an error occurred and the end of day did not complete. (This would normally be the issue if more than one user are getting the error When this occurs: Go to Menu Bar > Periodic Processing > Allow User Logins and also Periodic Processing >Clear Periodic Processing Flag.)
      AND/OR 
    • An end of month was run and all users were logged out as part of the process. (When this occurs: Notify all staff and end of Month is being run and all users should log out. Log back in when the end of month process has completed and logins have been re-enabled.)
