Step-by-step guide
To view online:
- Login to https://powerbi.microsoft.com/ using your Office 365 username and Password
- Click on the Home, to preview the available shortcuts and favourites. Clicking on any of the tiles will take you to the corresponding reports or dashboards
- To view the all the items on the Dashboard, Click on the Workspaces -> <> -> LawMaster <> Production Dashboard
- A dashboard can be marked as favourite by clicking on the Star Icon
- To view a report, Click on the Workspaces -> <> -> Reports and select a report

To view within LawMaster:
- The reports are also embedded and can be viewed within LawMaster. If you are viewing the reports for the first time, the system will prompt you to input the Office 365 username and Passwords.
- Go to Main Menu > Business Intelligence > Dashboards > Power BI Reports
- Select the report you want to view eg) LM - New Matters
- The user can add a User Defined Query options to be able to access the Power BI Dashboard or Report from within LawMaster’s Main Menu Dashboard or Reports under Business Intelligence module, or to be not visible in the application.
- A user can also opt to set a Dashboard as a favourite, and to have this favourite Auto-run. This allows the user to to have the Dashboard auto load when opening LawMaster. To do this:
- Click the Favourites button on the toolbar
- Right click the grid and select Add
- Select the Query option and Click the ... button
- Select the LM-DashBoard option
- Click OK
- Tick the Auto-run? option if you want the Dashboard to laod automatically each time LawMaster starts
- Click OK
