Problem
No Information appears when viewing a Dashboard or a Power BI report within LawMaster
Solution
This occurs if the user is not logged in with the Office365 account that is assigned with Power BI Pro License within LawMaster. Please review this by checking as per below.
Main Menu - > User Defined Queries -> Select any UDQ which are prefixed with LM-****** or Menu Location as “Dashboard”.
Click Modify
Review the Signed in user account same as the one which has Power BI. If they are not same Sign-out and close the Modify User Defined Query.
Click Modify again, which will prompt for the Sign-in options.
