If your firm would like your LawMaster application to have a different colour or look, there are a number of themes available. The setting is firm-wide so will apply to any user that opens the database on which the change was made.
A different theme can be set on each database; this is often done so that the training database is a different colour to the production database.
Some firms also change the theme at different times of year, for example, they might use the pink Valentine's theme in February or the snowflake filled Christmas theme in December.
To Change the Application Theme
Note: You will need access to Parameters to make this change.
- Go To: Parameters > Set Parameters. Type in 00 in the Parameter Type box.
- Go to THEME and right click > Modify
- If you do not have this parameter, you will need to add it first: Right Click > Add. Code = THEME. Description = Application Theme. Flag = Y. par_details_1 = Office 2010 Blue as per image below. Visible = tick box
- If you do not have this parameter, you will need to add it first: Right Click > Add. Code = THEME. Description = Application Theme. Flag = Y. par_details_1 = Office 2010 Blue as per image below. Visible = tick box
- Change the theme that is listed in the par_details_1 field to the new theme by typing in the theme name.
- Users will need to log out and back in again to see the changes.

Note: On upgrading to a newer version of LawMaster, your theme settings will revert to the default and you will need to reset them. Some pop-ups won't display in the new theme and will only be shown in the default theme, i.e. Microsoft Blue |
