After 3 incorrect login attempts LawMaster locks out the user for increasing longer periods of time.
Step-by-step guide
To restore access to a user from Monaco R2 onwards:
- Go to Security > Maintain User Security
- Select the affected user
- Click the Restore Suspended User link
| The above assumes the user trying to restore access has the necessary LawMaster permissions to access and maintain user security |
