Restore User access after too many wrong login attempts

After 3 incorrect login attempts LawMaster locks out the user for increasing longer periods of time. 


Step-by-step guide


To restore access to a user from Monaco R2 onwards: 

  1. Go to Security > Maintain User Security 
  2. Select the affected user 
  3. Click the Restore Suspended User link

The above assumes the user trying to restore access has the necessary LawMaster permissions to access and maintain user security
