Unable to Check-in Folios

Problem


If you are unable to check-in folios view below.


Solution


There may be different reasons as to why you can not check-in the folio. This is the most common solution to this issue: Go to Lawyers Toolbar > My Documents 

  1. Right Click the Folio you are unable to check in > Undo Checkout...


Note: There are negative effects when doing this. If the document is still open, any work completed will not be saved outside of temp files.

The work around for this would be to copy the information out > Undo Checkout... > Copy the information back over.
